The Problem
MindLink helps organizations comply with Brazil's NR-01 regulation — mandatory psychosocial risk mapping, enforcement beginning in 2026.
Their diagnostic process generates massive data — survey responses, risk classifications, participation rates, severity levels — all delivered as static PDF reports. HR teams had no way to explore data dynamically, compare departments, or track progress over time.
The challenge: transform document-based delivery into a living, actionable dashboard.
Design Process
01
Brand Identity
Built MindLink's complete identity from zero — the dashed infinity logo, deep teal palette, and typography for clinical credibility.
02
Information Architecture
Mapped 5 core screens around what HR actually asks: Overview, Departments, Detail, Action Plan (kanban), and Reports.
03
UI + Vibe Coding
Light theme with dark teal sidebar in Figma, then translated to a fully interactive React build via AI-assisted development.
Key Decisions
A
Action Plan as first-class screen
Most dashboards stop at showing data. MindLink connects insights to actions — a kanban tracking interventions from Pending to Completed.
B
Severity as color, not just numbers
HR professionals aren't data analysts. Every score paired with a traffic-light indicator. Scannable in seconds.
C
AI as a design tool
Used Claude to bridge static mockups and real interaction. Design decisions stayed mine — AI compressed the build cycle.
